Snack Time! Delicious Dates

Phoenix dactylifera, commonly known as date or date palm, is a flowering plant species in the palm family, Arecaceae, cultivated for its edible sweet fruit. Dates are an excellent source of Vitamin C & Vitamin D, which helps to maintain your skin elasticity and keep your face smooth. They also feature anti-ageing properties as well as iron content to make sure that there is proper blood circulation to your scalp, preventing hair loss and stimulating growth of hair.

  • Strengthen the nervous system

  • Promote digestion

  • Assist in weight loss

  • Provide protein & vitamins

  • Lower cholesterol

  • Improve bone health

  • Fixe hangovers

Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates are a super delicious dessert or snack. Best of all, they are so simple to make and only require two ingredients . Start by simply removing the pits from the dates while keeping one side of the date intact. Then, add a slit and stuff with peanut butter! You can easily replace the peanut butter with different nut butter or add a nut-free version instead.
